Hi, I’m Constantin Liculescu, and I don’t teach weight loss from theory alone—I teach it from lived experience.
I lost over 43 kilograms (95+ pounds) and, more importantly, I’ve kept the weight off. Not through extreme diets, punishment, or white-knuckling willpower— but by learning how to think differently around food, discomfort, urges, and setbacks.
That’s the part most programs ignore.
Weight loss is rarely about knowing what to eat.
It’s about what happens in your head when:
- you’re tired, stressed, or emotional
- food is everywhere
- motivation drops
- the scale stalls
- life gets messy
I know those moments well—because I lived them. And I learned how to handle them in a way that actually works long-term.
How I Can Help You
I help people lose weight and maintain it by focusing on:
- sustainable calorie awareness (not perfection)
- emotional eating skills
- tolerance for discomfort without quitting
- rebuilding trust in your self-direction
- getting back on track without self-punishment
This isn’t about being “good” with food.
It’s about becoming mentally resilient enough to stay consistent—even when things aren’t ideal.
If you’re tired of starting over, burning out, or feeling like weight loss is something you “can’t maintain,” this work is for you.
My Training & Approach
Alongside my personal transformation, I’ve completed multiple certifications of completion in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and of achievement in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy).
I’m also a Mensa member.
These are evidence-based approaches that focus on:
- identifying sabotaging thoughts
- disputing unhelpful beliefs
- building durable habits and self-direction
- accepting discomfort instead of escaping it with food
I don’t promise quick fixes.
I facilitate a process—one that gives you skills you can use for the rest of your life.
If you’re ready to lose weight and keep it off, I’m ready to walk that path with you.
